This proposal presents a unique activity led by experienced instructors in yoga and Taekwondo, blending the flexibility and balance of yoga with the strength and focus of Taekwondo, enhanced by sensory stations. The goal is to improve physical fitness, mental well-being, and self-discovery through a holistic experience. Sensory elements create a multi-sensory journey for participants.
