In the recent months, we are encouraged to stay at home to keep social distance with others. When you are hungry at home, what will you cook? Sausages, luncheon meat or instant noodles? These are actually junk food that cannot provide enough nutrients for maintaining your immune system. You would gain weight easily and your skin would become poorer.
Let's join our Light Food Making Workshop to learn how to cook healthy and yummy light food with registered dietitian, Mr. Leslie Chan, to stay strong, healthy and charming under the pandemic!
Date:9/10/2020 (Fri)
Time : 11:45am - 1:15pm

(1) Homemade Fish Meat Siu Mai with Millet
(2) Okonomiyaki with carrot and squid tentacles
