Do you know the World Health Organization has already classified processed meat such as sausage and bacon as carcinogenic? A diet rich in plant-based foods such as vegetables and peas and low in meat can lower chances of being overweight or obesity. Green eating can also reduce emission of greenhouse gases, reduce water usage and relieve hunger problem.
To kick start the Sunny Living Week, the College will host a Vegetarian Lunch on 16 September 2019 to echo the importance of green eating.
