Move Alert! Although we spend much longer time in front of computer for study, work or entertainment, get a stroll or take some easy trainings to strengthen your body!

Resistance Training & Exercise 

-        Builds muscle strength and enhances endurance

Functional training 

-        Trains the entire movement of your body to better perform everyday activities.

Venue: College Gymnasium

Quota: 12 (per class)

Deposit: $200 (per class) [refundable upon completing at least 3 lessons]


Application: Interested students please complete application form at AND submit deposit to College Dean of Students’ Office (UG09) on or before 5:00pm, 31st Jan
