The College Photo Day for 2017/18 graduating class will be held on Friday, 23 March 2018. Please mark your schedule for group, faculty and departmental photo-taking.
1) Group Photo for Graduating Class of 2017/18 & College Members
Time: 14:00 [Please arrive by 13:30 and follow the instructions from photographer]
Venue: Central Courtyard [Rain plan: Student Canteen]
2) Faculty & Departmental Photo-taking
Time: 14:30 – 16:30
Venue: Central Courtyard [Rain plan: Student Canteen]
3) Booth Arrangement for Departmental Societies & College Student Bodies
Various departmental societies and college student bodies will set up their decoration and organize celebratory activities for photo-taking
Light refreshments will be served at Student Canteen from 14:30 – 16:30 for college graduating class of 2017/18 and teachers.
