What Are Singing Bowls?
Singing bowls, also known as Himalayan bowls, are ancient instruments used for meditation, relaxation, and healing. When struck or circled with a mallet, they produce rich harmonic tones that resonate deeply, promoting a sense of peace.
Benefits of Singing Bowls:

In this workshop, you will be able to experience guided meditation with live sound therapy and enjoy a moment of solace. Instructors:
Helen Kwok
Helen is a Registered Social Worker and the founder of Metta Wellness. She is also a skilled singing bowl instructor, having studied in Nepal and Bali multiple times, with a focus on teaching Himalayan singing bowls. Helen is proficient in sound frequency healing and often performs publicly using gongs, crystal bowls, and shaman drums.
Alice Leung
Alice is our WYS alumna. She is a Registered Social Worker and completed Sound Healing & Therapy Basic Course, supported by College’s Self-Motivation Fund for Health and Well-being Activities. She is eager to share the learnings with fellow students.
