With the relaxation of social distancing measures, the latest arrangements for collecting and returning graduation gown is updated as below. The arrangements are applicable to students who have completed the undertaking form, paid deposit of HK$680 and registered for gown borrowing from the College.

Gown Collection:

Eligible students have to present their student ID card to collect the gown in person on the following date -

Date：             6 May, 2022 (Friday)
Time：            11:00 - 17:30
Venue：          College Theatre, UG/F, Wu Yee Sun College

Remarks:

1. The academic dress will be allocated according to the size you indicated in the undertaking form. You are reminded to double check the color on the lining of the hoods, which represents different faculty, and bring your own bag to carry the gown.
2. If you are not able to collect the gown on the above-mentioned date, you can go to UG09, Dean of Students Office to collect the gown during office hours from 10 May, 2022 onwards.

Gown Return:

Return of gown should be made by individual students during office hours. All the gowns should be returned on or before 23 June 2022 (Thursday), 5:30pm, to UG09, Dean of Students Office.

The penalty charge and deposit refund arrangement remain unchanged. For details, please refer to the reminder note for the rental of graduation gown, which will be shared during gown collection.
