Tea is a healthy drink of very low calorie. Tea can quit your thirst in summer and make you warm in winter.
Tea Ceremony, on the other hand, can bring you a sense of peace and calmness and make you understand the Chinese and Korean Traditional Culture more deeply.
Through this workshop, you will experience the tea culture and you can also slow down your pace among your busy life.
