Located in Yin Kong Tsuen in Northern New Territories, Lai Kee Organic Farm occupies a huge piece of land of about 16 acres. Their certified organic products include, to name but a few, dragon fruit, papaya, beetroot, cherry tomato, potato, lettuce, cucumber, corn and so on. You can purchase fresh products at the farm!
Our leading teacher, Prof. Chau, will also satisfy your craving for knowledge about organic farming. He will briefly cover the following topics:
- Farming principles & food production
- Relationship between agriculture & climate change
- Organic farming vs. Conventional farming
