Please note that the College Photo Day is scheduled for 29 March 2019 (Friday). For students who will be graduated in 2018/19, please read through the Important Notes and below schedule regarding gown rental and nomination of class representatives:
- Gown Size Trial
- From 17th December 2018 – 1st February 2019 during office hours in the College Office (G03, G/F, East Block)
- Completion of Online Undertaking Form
- For those who would like to borrow gowns from the College would need to submit the Online Undertaking Form from 17th December 2018 to 1st February 2019
- Submission of Bank-in Slip of HK$680 Deposit
- A Bank-in Slip of HK$680 deposit should be submitted to the College Office (G03, G/F, East Block) by 1st February 2019 during office hours
- Please note the College will NOT arrange gown borrowing for those who did not submit deposit and the form of undertaking before deadline
- Submission of Class Representative Details
- Class representatives will collect gowns on behalf of graduating students, please submit Contact Information of Class Representative by 25th January 2019
- The list of class representatives will be circulated by 22nd February 2019
The schedule for group and departmental photos to be taken at the College Photo Day will be announced in due course.
