Please note that the College Photo Day is scheduled for 22 March 2024 (Friday). For students who will graduate in 2023/24, please read through the Important Notes and below schedule regarding gown rental:

1. Gown & Cap Size Trial

   • Gown and cap fitting will be available from 8 January (Monday) to 31 January 2024 (Wednesday).

     Time： 08:45-13:00 & 14:00-17:30 (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays)

     Venue：College Office (G03, G/F, East Block)

2. Completion of Online Undertaking Form
   • Those who would like to borrow gowns from the College please submit Online Undertaking Form
   • Deadline: 31 January 2024

3. Submission of Bank-in Slip of HK$680 Deposit
   • A Bank-in Slip of HK$680 deposit should be submitted to the Dean of Students’ Office (UG09, UG/F, West Block)
   • Deadline: 1 February 2024, 5:30pm
   • Please note the College will NOT arrange gown borrowing for those who submit deposit and the form of undertaking after the above-mentioned deadlines
4. Gown Collection
   • Students have to present student ID card to collect the gown in person on the following dates
   • Date: 13 March 2024 (Wednesday) or 14 March 2024 (Thursday)
   • Time: 09:00 – 17:00
   • Venue: College Theatre, UG/F, Wu Yee Sun College
