Gown Rental Arrangement for Graduating Class of 2022/23

Please note that the College Photo Day is scheduled on 24 March 2023 (Friday). For students who will be graduated in 2022/23, please read through the Important Notes and below schedule regarding gown rental:

  1. Application period for Gown Rental and Gown Trial
    • Gown and cap fitting will be available from 4 January 2023 (Wednesday) to 31 January 2023 (Tuesday) during the office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:45 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 17:30) in College Office (G03, G/F. East Block).
    • You can also refer to “reminder for the rental of graduation gown” of the Important Notes for the gown and cap sizes. Students have to complete the online undertaking and bank in the deposit to apply for gown rental on or before 31 January 2023.
  2. Completion of Online Undertaking Form
    • For those who would like to borrow gowns from the College would need to submit the Online Undertaking Form from 4 January 2023 to 31 January 2023
  3. Submission of Bank-in Slip of HK$680 Deposit
    • A True copy of ATM / bank-in slip of HK$680 deposit should be submitted to College office during the office hour or online transaction record should be sent to ericaleung@cuhk.edu.hk on or before 31 January, 2023;
    • Please note the College will NOT arrange gown borrowing for those who did not submit deposit and the form of undertaking before deadline (i.e. 31 January, 2023, 5:30pm)
  4. Gown Collection
    • Students have to present student ID card to collect the gown in person on the following dates –
      • Date: 13 March 2023 (Monday) or 14 March 2023 (Tuesday)
      • Time: 09:00 – 17:00
      • Venue: College Theatre, UG/F, Wu Yee Sun College
