Core & Stability Training
Ignite your foundation with exercises that emphasize core activation, posture improvement, and overall stability. Using bodyweight, light dumbbells, and resistance bands, this workshop builds strength from the inside out—perfect for improving balance and control.

Full-Body Conditioning
Boost your endurance and coordination with a dynamic blend of strength training and low-impact cardio. This full-body workout is designed to energize, sculpt, and challenge you.

Time : 8 - 9 pm

Deposit : $200 (Refundable upon completing all lessons)
