Online Introduction Session

Notes for Application

• The application form must be completed in English.
• Please ensure that you click the “Submit” button to complete your application. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.

• Late applications will not be considered or accepted.

• Students may apply for more than one term-long or summer exchange programme offered by different CUHK units. However, each student may accept only one exchange offer (term-time or summer) from any CUHK unit.

• Applicants will have an opportunity to revise their exchange preferences in mid-January 2027, after the release of the Term 1, 2026/27 results. For the time being, please make your selections based on the information available on the College website.

Bonus for “Interacting Across Cultures”

Interacting Across Cultures is an online learning platform developed by the Independent Learning Centre (ILC). The materials provide valuable insights into cultural differences, intercultural communication, and strategies for effective cross-cultural interaction.

Students are encouraged to complete Modules 1–4 and 6–7 before departure:

Please note that completion of the modules is not compulsory. However, bonus consideration will be given to applicants who have completed them. Your submissions may also serve as reference materials for interviewers during the selection process.
