Rance Lee Award for Creativity 2024-25 – Application Now Open

Creativity and Sunny Living are two of the College’s core values.  If you are health-conscious and a green living supporter, grab this chance to promote your creative idea!

 

Rance Lee Award for Creativity aims at encouraging the integration of creativity and Sunny living in the following 3 areas:

 

- Rance Lee Award for Creativity in promoting health and well-being

- Rance Lee award for Creativity in promoting lifetime sports

- Rance Lee award for Creativity in promoting green life

Eligibility:

 

All WYS undergraduate students, regardless of discipline and year of study, are welcome to apply, and both individual and group projects are eligible for funding.

 

*The group must comprise 50% of WYS students and the other 50% may be students from other Colleges

 

Project Duration:

One year and *all projects MUST be implemented before graduation

 

What to do:

  1. Read through the guidelines carefully and fill in the application with attachments of relevant materials as requested on the form.

 

  1. Submit your application on or before 15 Nov (Fri) by 5:00pm through one of the following channels

 

  1. E-mail application form to Miss Elisha Yting (elishayting@cuhk.edu.hk) which can be downloaded from College Website (https://wys.cuhk.edu.hk/cms/college-life-support/funding-scheme/?scheme=rance-lee-award); OR
  2. Fill in the webform (https://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/webform/view.php?id=13689338); OR
  3. Submit the hardcopy to DOS Office, UG/F, West Block, Wu Yee Sun College; and
  4. Submit a ONE A4 page Executive Summary along with the application form via online or in person

 

Wait until you hear from the College.  Applicants may be invited to a short interview.  The college will notify applicants their application results within one month.
