This project trains university students as "Environmental Ambassadors" through clean-up activities along hills and coastlines. Participants remove, sort, and record waste, promoting recycling and environmental protection. The programme aims to cultivate environmental awareness, leadership, and long-term commitment, empowering students to drive sustainability on campus and beyond.

The project adopted a "precise site selection" strategy using the EPD's marine refuse blackspot database, turning the initial mountain cleanup's low yield into consistently high-impact coastal cleanups that recovered over 50 kg of waste per event. Beyond environmental sanitation, it delivered hands-on education—helping first-time participants master cleanup techniques, waste classification, and Leave No Trace principles—while post-event surveys established a data-driven mechanism for continuous improvement.
