This project delivers an integrated solar service framework encompassing professional installation, AI-enabled drone surveillance (thermal/visual), and predictive maintenance analytics. The hybrid pricing model provides cost stability, while planned robotic deployment for cleaning and repair operations aims to reduce system downtime and optimize long-term energy harvest.

The team successfully delivered a complete, modular vision inspection system on the Yahboom K230 edge device, establishing a full "Localisation–Detection–Processing–Output" software loop alongside a physical autonomous inspection vehicle prototype with mobile App controls. The project gained notable recognition, winning a Gold Award at the 2025 International Youth Innovation & Invention Design Awards and securing a finalist spot at the Hong Kong Techathon 2026. To ensure commercial viability, business operations were streamlined into three distinct revenue models—Leasing and Profit Sharing, Retail, and Recurring Maintenance Services—with a newly integrated focus on automated ESG report generation. Supported by academic and sustainability advisors from CUHK, the team also actively promoted SDG awareness by engaging over 100 visitors during a public outreach event.
