Tai Po Kau Night Insect Observation Tour (大埔滘夜行昆蟲觀察之旅)

16 Oct | 6:30pm - 10:15pm | Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve (Round-trip shuttle bus provided)

Professional guides will introduce participants to the structure of forest ecosystems and teach them how to observe nocturnal insects and amphibians. Participants will also have the opportunity to get a close look at fascinating creatures such as the Bamboo Pit Viper, Hong Kong Newt, and Green Cascade Frog.

Badminton Doubles Challenge

28 Oct | 6:00pm - 9:00pm | New Asia College Gymnasium

Format: Form your own doubles team: Men’s, Women’s, or Mixed Doubles

Prizes: A gift will be prepared for all participants. Extra prizes will be awarded to the top 6 players.

Rules & Regulations:

One-set match to 31 points (with a twist: each additional male player concedes 6 points!)
Depending on the number of teams, some may play a preliminary round
All participants must complete an online Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (sent with your confirmation email)
Please inform the Resident Tutors if you feel unwell at any point during the event
Final rules will be explained on-site by Resident Tutor John and may be adjusted based on registration numbers

Mingling Dinner with Residents
