備註 Remarks：
1. 參加者應根據個人的體能和遠足經驗，決定是否適合參與活動。Participants should consider their physical strength and hiking experience, and decide whether they are suitable to take part in the activities.
2. 參加者應穿著合適的衣服及鞋襪，並自備充足飲品、食物、太陽帽、個人遠足裝備、防曬用品、防蚊用品及雨具。愛護自然，自己垃圾自己帶走。 Participants should wear suitable outfit, shoes, socks and bring along their own packed lunch, adequate water, hat, personal hiking equipment, sun block, mosquito repellant and rain gear. Love the nature, take your own litter home.
3. 如活動當日上午七時懸掛任何熱帶氣旋、暴雨或雷暴警告，活動即告取消。The event will be cancelled without prior notice if any tropical cyclone, rainstorm or thunderstorm warning is hoisted at 7:00 a.m. on the activity day.
